The new Model 7600 is as rugged and powerful as the model 8900. It covers a complete range of wire sizes from 32 through 6 AWG thin-stranded wires. If you are searching for a reliable wire processor that will serve for years and your production needs are from small to medium size wires, the 7600 excels at this range, doing either high-mix & low-volume or high-volume, low-mix.
The Model 7600 uses high-quality tool steel blades. Eubanks provides a cassette loading tool to insert the blades on the machine. Blade changeover is done in seconds without the need for calibration or blade fastening. It will cut and strip wires up to 6 AWG (13.5mm²) thin stranded wire and up to 12 AWG (3.3mm) solid wire.
The 7600 is ideal for communication cables such as Cat 5 & 6. It will process multi-conductor cables up to 5/16” (8mm) in diameter. The model 7600 can also produce long strip lengths of up to 20” (500mm) on both ends. Blades are also available for flat cable and parallel conductor wires. The 7600 is also a great choice for cutting medical hose tubing to precise lengths.
The Eubanks blades for the 7600 are made of high-quality tool steel. The 7600 can be programmed to do step-stripping, batch counting, and center-stripping. It can also be programmed to operate the single left drive and blade set (Blade Mode 1). With Blade Mode 1, the 7600 can cut and strip short-length wire jumpers down to an incredibly 1/8” of an inch(3mm) and with a .050” strip on each end.
The 7600 has a 99-program storage capacity. For unlimited storage and maximum productivity, the Eubanks 7600 can be controlled with a PC or Laptop, using the Eubanks WireManager for Windows software.
